ABOUT PHOENIX ATHLETE PERFORMANCE

Phoenix Athlete Performance was founded in 2022 with the goal of developing, empowering and mentoring young athletes at all levels.

Our mission is to train and mentor young athletes towards their goals, unlocking their potential and instilling absolute belief and trust in themselves. We have had the privilege of working with some of NSW and Australia’s top athletes across sports such as football, hockey, AFL, NRL, rugby union, netball, basketball and rowing.

Our team of coaches consists of top athletes in their respective sports and performance coaches with over 10 years of experience ranging from grass roots development all the way to professional sports.

We have teamed up with multiple experts to bring a full health and wellness experience for everyone, through our partnerships we can offer the latest in recovery technology to assist in performance and injury management/rehab. We also have a dedicated nutritionist who specialises in female health and wellness.
